Rate $15/hr 

Pay when you’re here, not when you’re not. This approach encourages parents to keep sick kids home by easing the burden of paying for child care on a day you are not using the service. It also means that you do not pay if I am sick which helps me stay well so that I can be my best while caring for your child.

We will decide on a consistent schedule that works for you and your child but you will not pay for any absences planned or unplanned.
